In the small town of Shuqualak, Mississippi, the life of 23-year-old Dantrell Ralph Franklin was cut short by an act of violence. On November 9, 2017, Franklin was fatally wounded, a life full of potential brought to an untimely end. A graduate of Noxubee County High School, he was known to be a humble and peaceful individual. He was a son to Roy and Valarie Hill Franklin and a brother to Royce Franklin and Davis Young.
