In the early morning hours of a Friday in Hamtramck, Michigan, the life of 30-year-old Kiywon Ballard, a male resident of Detroit, was tragically cut short. On July 10, 2020, at approximately 2:30 a.m., gunshots echoed in the area of Grand Haven and Circle Drive.
