Terrance Jaleel Swinney, a 26-year-old resident of Kalamazoo, Michigan, tragically lost his life on April 7, 2018. Swinney, known affectionately as "Nook" by his friends and family, was a dedicated father of five and an undefeated mixed martial arts fighter. He was shot in the early hours of the morning on North Burdick Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Swinney suffering from gunshot wounds.
