Jacques Ja’mon Allen, a 10-year-old boy from Flint, Michigan, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2018. Jacques was inside his home on Granville Avenue when it was struck by gunfire around 10 p.m. on New Year's Day. The young boy was hit by a bullet and succumbed to his injuries the following day at Hurley Medical Center.
