In the early morning hours of August 28, 2022, a tragic event unfolded on the unit block of South Bellevue Avenue in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Malikah McLaughlin, a 26-year-old Black / African American woman, was found with multiple gunshot wounds at approximately 1:10 a.m. after police responded to a 911 call.
