Ramon Mosquea, a 28-year-old man of Dominican descent, was killed on the evening of Monday, November 6, 2017, in Paterson, New Jersey. The incident occurred at approximately 9:40 p.m. outside of 192 Godwin Avenue, where Mosquea was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds.
