Kenyona Neshay Bailey, a 27-year-old woman from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost her life on May 12, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Portsmouth police responded to a call at approximately 12:41 a.m. on the 1600 block of Cavalier Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered Kenyona with a fatal gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
