Ulysses K. Williams, a 30-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically passed away on May 4, 2022. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in the 1200 block of Hanover Avenue NW. On that fateful day, officers responded to reports of a shooting around 1:45 p.m. and found Williams critically injured with a gunshot wound.
