Herbert Thompson, Jr., a 20-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2021. On that fateful evening, around 6:13 p.m., Richmond Police responded to a shooting incident in the 1700 block of East Belt Boulevard.
