Michael Wilson, aged 43, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2020, in Petersburg, Virginia. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on a Saturday night when the Petersburg Police Department responded to a call reporting a person shot in the 700 block of Independence Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Michael Wilson with life-threatening injuries. He was immediately transported to Bon Secours Southside Regional Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
