Kyre E. Smith, a 20-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2020, as a result of a shooting incident on Halifax Avenue. The Richmond Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 2200 block of Halifax Avenue shortly before noon on that day. Upon arrival, officers found Kyre E.
