Lamar Octavious Elliott, a 29-year-old resident of Suffolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2020. He was found dead inside a vehicle near the 200 block of North Broad Street and First Avenue in Suffolk. The Suffolk Police Department received a call about shots fired around 2:44 a.m. that morning.
