In the spring of 2020, the life of a Waynesboro, Virginia man was tragically cut short in an act of violence that would later be attributed to a neighbor. Jim John 'Jay' Cash, Jr., a 47-year-old male, was found deceased in his residence on Ivanhoe Avenue on April 10, 2020.
