Angela M. Rector, a 30-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on April 4, 2020. On that evening, Richmond police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3200 block of P Street in the city's East End. Upon arrival, officers found Rector suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being transported to a local hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
