Michael "Mikey" Christen Davis, a 32-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2020, in Hampton, Virginia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:28 a.m., when police responded to a reported shooting at the Pembroke Pines Apartments located in the 1600 block of W. Pembroke Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Davis shot to death at the scene.
