Divine Osborne, a 20-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2018. Osborne was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on Interstate 64 near the Jefferson Avenue exit. According to reports, Osborne was driving a tan Nissan Maxima when another vehicle fired upon his car. The incident happened around 11:26 p.m., and Osborne died at the scene. Two passengers in the vehicle with Osborne were unharmed.
