Tyrone A. Herndon, a 34-year-old resident of Martinsville, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2017. The incident occurred at a Valero gas station on Brookdale Road, where Martinsville Police responded to reports of a fight just after midnight. Upon arrival, they found Herndon suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to SOVAH Hospital in Martinsville, where he was pronounced dead.
