Jerrod M. Brown, a 30-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically passed away on March 28, 2017. According to reports, the incident occurred in the early hours of the morning. At approximately 1:59 AM, officers were dispatched to the area of Quash and Foley Street in response to a gunshot heard in the vicinity. Upon arrival, they found Jerrod Brown lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound to his head. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
