Joseph Henry Williams Jr., a 71-year-old deacon from Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2014. Williams was driving home from church when he was fatally shot in the head. According to reports, he was an innocent victim caught in the crossfire of a gunfight between two individuals.
