Lloyd Randolph Green Sr., a 26-year-old resident of Suffolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2013. Green, who was a native of Portsmouth, was the son of Gloria Green and the late Lloyd Randolph Cowling. He was a father to four children and was remembered fondly by his family and friends. His death was a significant loss to the community, and his funeral services were held at East End Baptist Church, with interment at Oakland Cemetery in Chuckatuck.
