Michael Edward Lowther, aged 37, was tragically killed on November 3, 2001, in Henrico, Virginia. The incident occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m. when the Henrico County Police Division received a call reporting shots fired in the area of 4900 Wagner Avenue, within the Suburban Apartment complex.
