Winter Ashley Hodges, an 11-year-old girl from Vinton, Virginia, tragically lost her life on August 29, 1994, in a horrific incident that claimed the lives of her entire family. Winter, along with her parents, William Blaine Hodges and Teresa Lynn Hodges, and her younger sister, Anah Michelle Hodges, were found dead in their burning home.
