Donald A. Stillman, a 28-year-old Henrico County police officer, tragically lost his life on November 8, 1984. Officer Stillman was engaged in an investigation involving a suspicious vehicle parked in an isolated area. During this investigation, a male suspect exited the vehicle, leading to a chase into a wooded area. A struggle ensued, during which Officer Stillman was shot and killed.
