In the early morning hours of August 22, 2022, the life of 16-year-old Katrina Strowder, a Black female, was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. Around 1:15 a.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 3800 block of Cooper Square Court.
