In the summer of 2022, the life of 28-year-old Tyshawn Carter was tragically cut short in Bloomington, Indiana. In the early morning hours of July 27, 2022, an argument inside the Kinser Flats Apartments escalated to fatal violence. It was there that Carter was shot in the head and killed.
