In the late summer of 2021, the life of Jalen L. Hunter, a 26-year-old Black/African American man known to many as 'J Dubb,' was tragically cut short in Hammond, Indiana. Having recently been living in Jacksonville, Florida, Hunter was back in his hometown when the fatal incident occurred.
