In the early hours of August 19, 2021, a report of gunshots fired near the 7200 block of North Michigan Road in Indianapolis prompted a police investigation. Shortly thereafter, two men, both suffering from gunshot wounds, arrived at a nearby hospital. One of the men was initially listed in critical condition, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries. The deceased was later identified as 18-year-old Terrezz Drake.
