In the near-east side of Indianapolis, in the vicinity of Fountain Square, the morning of February 10, 2020, was shattered by the discovery of a man down. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a call around 9:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of Olive Street. There, they found 38-year-old Robert Michael Thomas Buskirk, a White male, the victim of a fatal shooting.
