In the early morning hours of June 30, 2024, 18-year-old Isaac Samuel Williams was shot and killed on the northeast side of Indianapolis. His body was discovered by police around 8 a.m. in the 3600 block of East 39th Street. Williams, who had moved to Indianapolis from Arizona just a few months prior in March for a 'fresh start,' was found with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
