In the summer of 2016, a vibrant life was tragically cut short in Indianapolis. On the night of Sunday, August 7, 26-year-old Christopher S. Joseph, known to his loved ones as 'C.J.', was attending a large street gathering near the intersection of 25th and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street.
