In the early morning hours of July 9, 2017, the life of 28-year-old Jasmine Simone Moore was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence in Indianapolis, Indiana. A loving mother to her young son, Jace, and affectionately known as 'Punkin' by her family, Moore was a recent cosmetology school graduate with dreams for a brighter future.
