In a tragic turn of events, a 23-year-old woman, Kacie Stith, was fatally shot in a St. Louis apartment on the evening of November 25, 2022. Responding to a call for an assault in the 5300 block of Gladstone Place, police discovered Stith in bed with a gunshot wound to her forehead.
