In the early morning hours of October 25, 2022, the life of James C. Riley III was tragically cut short in the Vandeventer neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The 27-year-old man was discovered lying in the 1100 block of North Sarah Street, just north of Finney Avenue, suffering from fatal puncture wounds.
