In a senseless act of violence on a Sunday afternoon, 18-year-old Dakota Rogers lost his life in a drive-by shooting in Kansas City, Missouri, on October 16, 2022. Rogers, a passenger in a Toyota Corolla, was pronounced dead at the scene near the intersection of Vivion Road and North Oak Trafficway.
