In the afternoon hours of a late June day in Kansas City, tragedy struck a young family, leaving behind questions that seemingly remain unanswered. On Sunday, June 26, 2022, police were called to the 5200 block of East 29th Street around 3:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
