Black/African Angela Kabugu, known affectionately to her loved ones as 'Pooh Babi,' was a twenty-seven-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, whose life was tragically cut short in the summer of 2022. Born to refugee parents, she was celebrated as a 'Gift to America' and was the youngest of five daughters. Angela was described as a joyful spirit who, despite having no biological children of her own, helped raise many children who called her 'TT Angie.'
