In the Fountain Park neighborhood of St. Louis, a grim discovery was made on the morning of April 2, 2022, concerning the death of 56-year-old Anthony Dodson. Just before 10:00 a.m., authorities were called to the 700 block of Aubert Avenue where they found the male victim unresponsive in an alleyway.
