Found by City of Cleveland workers cleaning and removing debris from west end of CPD outdoor range. Decomposed and partially skeletonized body remains of male including: lower thorax, pelvis, and both lower extremities; No demonstrable antemortem injuries. Date Found: 1998-08-07
