Unknown hispanic male was found unresponsive in a hole in the street in front of 13 Carmine Street. Inside the hole was a gas line that Con Edison was repairing. EMS responded and took decedent to St Vincent's Hospital, where he was pronounced. Date Found: 1989-03-21
