Emergency Services were notified by an unknown person that there was an apparent drug overdose victim lying on the ground behind the Tea Garden. The subject was found and taken to Mission Emergency Hospital where he was admitted comatose and diagnosed of cardiac failure due to drug overdose. He soon expired. Date Found: 1974-03-02
