The subject was found lying comatose in the bushes in St. Mary's Square by an unknown citizen who called emergency services. The subject was transferred and admitted to San Francisco General Hospital with a diagnosis of hypothermia, hypotension, coma, possible head trauma and chronic pediculosis.
