The decedent was found floating in the Missouri River by a bystander on 4/22/1976. Deceased is likely between 55-65 years old with "sandy brown hair streaked with gray". He was wearing a blue button-up shirt and Timex watch. He also had a one-inch scar on t left side of the forehead and very poor teeth, which were mostly missing or broken off at the gumline.
