On 09/15/1993 remains were located on the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks 1 mile south of Macdoel, Ca. It appeared that he had been there for multiple days. Train engineers had seen buzzards on both 09/13/1993 and 09/14/1993 but thought it was just a deceased animal. Officers thought that the decedent may have fallen in between the train cars onto the tracks. Items of property most likely belonging to the decedent were found 350 feet north of the body.
