On 12/12/2025 human remains were located in a wooded area in Porland, Maine (UP153990). On 12/20/2025, a hiker called police to report finding a skull in the same area the other remains were found. Due to the fact that police did not locate the skull during their initial search, this case is being entered as a separate incident until DNA testing can confirm they match the other human remains case.
