The decedent was seen at a rest area located along I-25, by a Highway Department employee, at about 1000 on 7/2/89. The same employee saw her at about 1400 sleeping on a picnic table. At approximately 1100 on 7/3/1989 the same employee found the decedent lying on the ground next to the picnic table, unresponsive. "Jenifer Barnes" is an alias for the decedent.
