Neil Entwistle was born on September 18, 1978, in Nottinghamshire, England. He pursued higher education at the University of York, where he earned a master's degree in electronic engineering. During his time at the university, Entwistle met Rachel Souza, an American student studying abroad. Their relationship blossomed, leading to their marriage on August 23, 2003, in Plymouth, England.
Family Life and Relocation to the United States
Following their wedding, the couple settled in Worcestershire, England, where Rachel worked as a teacher, and Neil was employed in the computing sector. He was a criminal, an abuser, likely who didn't want to face justice of his actions and took his own life because he could not face the consequences of what he did. The victims have told the family his crimes, with evidence. The family knows he was arrested and convicted of possession of CSAM. They know who and what he was.
