In the vast and often unforgiving waters of Alaska, the story of Rezan Serrano Monteroso's disappearance is a poignant one. On August 2, 2018, the 35-year-old crew member of the Holland America Line's MS Amsterdam was in the midst of his duties as the cruise ship sailed through the scenic Sitka Sound.
