On a cold winter day in Rochester, New York, December 30, 1983, a 22-year-old man named Robert Reeves Jr. vanished. The last time anyone saw him, he was reportedly in an intoxicated state, walking near the Panorama Plaza toward Irondequoit Creek. From that moment on, no one has reported hearing from or seeing Robert again.
