In the winter of 1991, a 25-year-old mother named Tomarion Denice Momodou, affectionately known as "Cookie," disappeared from her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While some records state her last contact was on January 1, 1991, the exact date of her disappearance remains uncertain, with some sources indicating she went missing sometime in 1991. At the time she vanished, Tomarion was described as a Black female, standing 5'4" tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Accounts from her children indicate they left for school one morning and returned to find their mother gone. Her husband allegedly told the children she was "playing hide and seek," but she was never found. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are scant, and few public details have emerged over the decades. The mystery of Tomarion's disappearance is tragically compounded by the fact that she was not the only member of her family to vanish. Between 1991 and 1992, three of her siblings also went missing under unknown circumstances: Paula Phillips, Donald Phillips, and Londa Phillips. This string of disappearances within the same family has created a deeply troubling and complex cold case. Paula was last seen on October 3, 1991, and her brother Donald, who reported her missing, vanished himself just days later when investigators tried to follow up with him. Over a year later, on November 22, 1992, their sister Londa also disappeared. While authorities have considered the possibility of a connection between these cases, and even suggested a link to drug activity, no definitive answers have been found. Decades have passed since Tomarion Momodou and her siblings disappeared, yet their cases remain unsolved, leaving a void of unanswered questions for their family and community. The Tulsa Police Department continues to list her as a missing person, and her case remains open. The lack of significant developments or new information being released has meant that Tomarion's case, along with those of her siblings, has grown cold. The narrative of Tomarion's disappearance is a haunting overview of a family struck by repeated, unresolved tragedy. The investigation has been hampered by a lack of public information and the sheer passage of time, yet the hope for answers and closure for the loved ones of Tomarion and the Phillips siblings endures.
