In the summer of 2012, a 28-year-old woman named Latisha Michelle Dorety vanished from Portland, Oregon. She was last seen on July 25, 2012. Concern mounted when nearly a week passed with no word from her, prompting her mother to report her missing to the Portland Police Bureau on July 28, 2012. At the time of her disappearance, Latisha was described as a white female with long blonde hair and blue eyes, standing between 5'2' and 5'3' tall, and weighing around 100 pounds.
